The children of Norton In Hales Primary School spent their day planting 2,500 Crocus corns in support for the effort to end Polio around the world. The Crocus flower was selected because of its purple colour, signifying the purple dye that used mark the finger of a child that had received the Polio vaccine.
Also, a special thanks is given to the volunteers who helped dig the holes that allowed the children to complete this task.
